Artist Talk: Elnara Nasirli — Desert Air Oasis: BreathCore 7

Join us in BurnerSphere for an artist talk with Elnara Nasirli, creator of *Desert Air Oasis: BreathCore 7.

Desert Air Oasis: BreathCore 7 is an immersive, post-apocalyptic installation envisioned as a self-sustaining air purification unit in a future where natural plant life has gone extinct. Designed to resemble an artificial lung, the structure filters air, captures carbon, and invites participants into an interactive environment centered on survival, breath, and adaptation.

Set in the year 2162, after the mass extinction of plant life, Model BC7 enables sustainable human life in the desert. Following the adoption of Air Tax Law 710-M (Nov. 7, 2139), residents are rationed air clearance and must select their breathing apparatus — transforming breath itself into a regulated resource.
