Read Before You Buy!
When you buy 1 or more Gift Cards:
You need to download the card(s) from the order completion page. Make sure you choose “as individual PDF or image.” You will receive a zip file containing your order. Put your email address in the “recipient” field on your order. The zip file with your gift cards will be emailed to you. Once received, gift each card to their recipients, either by emailing it to them or printing it and physically handing it to them.
We encourage Theme Camps to pick one person to manage the distribution of the gift cards.

Redemption Instructions
Go to BurnerSphere.com/join Click “Become a Campmate.”
On the checkout page, click “Discount Code” (located just above the Pay button). Further explanation with images is available in our Set Up Guide which is downloadable from our website during account set up.
Enter your Discount Code and click Apply. The payment amount will update to $0.00. Complete the process to activate your Campmate Membership.
Go to BurnerSphere.com/join Click “Become a Campmate.”
Validity
Discount Codes are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Expired codes cannot be redeemed, reissued, or extended.
Transferability
Codes are transferable but not refundable.
Each code may only be redeemed once.
Once redeemed, the membership is assigned to the recipient’s BurnerSphere account and cannot be transferred further.
Membership Duration
A redeemed membership provides one year of access from the date of activation.
Non-Refundable / No Cash Value
Discount Codes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or partial refunds.
Lost or Stolen Codes
Treat your code like cash. BurnerSphere is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused codes once delivered to the purchaser or recipient.

Community Guidelines

Violations of these principles or community standards may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Policy Updates
BurnerSphere reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will not affect Discount Codes already issued at the time of modification.
